About

Vicki Bouros is a Toronto based interior designer with over a decade of experience working on a variety of environments. These include restaurants, cafes, bakeries, clothing retail, grocery stores, event spaces, hotels, amusement facilities, offices, long term care facilities, schools and residences.

She is also an NCIDQ* certificate holder and a graduate of one of Canada’s leading design schools, Sheridan College.

As a designer she sees interior space as part of it’s larger environment not separate from it. It is within a building, which is within a neighborhood, which is within a city or town, and so on. She believes that the most successful interiors are visually sensitive to the surrounding structure and culture.

To put it more simply, an interior should address not only a product or lifestyle but the character of the building and neighborhood it is in. This results in an enduring and comfortable user/customer experience.

*NCIDQ is the global leader in establishing standards of competence for interior design/interior architecture professionals.
